Registration

In principle, we ask that you register your participation online in advance.

First term

Second semester

September 12, 2023 (Tuesday) to December 28, 2023 (Thursday) at noon

Please note that refunds cannot be made after payment has been made. Please check carefully before registering.
In addition, refunds will not be given if the event becomes difficult due to a disaster. Please note.

About participation certificate/receipt/

Those who pre-registered online will be able to download a receipt from the registration completion email after payment. In addition, we will provide instructions for downloading the participation certificate after the session.
Participation certificates (name plates) for on-site participants will be handed out at the reception. Please show us the e-mail screen that confirms your registration has been completed, or bring a printout of the e-mail screen with you when you come to the "Registration Reception" desk.

Those who have completed their registration by Sunday, October 15th (including advance registration and on-site registration):
The ID and PW for on-demand viewing will be sent by email on the morning of October 16th (Monday).

For those who registered from October 16th (Monday) to December 28th (Thursday):
The ID and password are written in the payment completion email.

Regarding the acquisition of credits through academic conference participation (planned) (Only on-site participation will be eligible for credit)

Japan Pediatric Society/Japan Medical Specialist Organization Specialist (new system)

• Participation credit (IV: academic achievements/activity achievements other than medical treatment): 1 unit
• Credit for attending a common course for specialists (ⅱ: Common course for specialists): Maximum of 2 credits

Special Project 3 (Medical Ethics)…October 6th (Friday) 15:00-16:00/1st venue (12th floor special conference hall)

• Pediatrics field course attendance credits (iii: clinical field specific courses): Maximum of 4 credits

Clinical geneticist training credits: 5 credits

Japanese certified genetic counselor training credits: 8 credits

We will be holding an equipment exhibition in conjunction with the conference, so please invite us to attend.

There is no dedicated parking lot for the conference. Additionally, parking at the venue is limited, so please use public transportation whenever possible.
